How to Perform

Follow these steps to perform the exercise correctly:

Starting Position

Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Keep your arms at your sides.

Squat Down

Lower into a squat position, placing your hands on the floor in front of you.

Jump Back

Jump your feet back into a plank position. Your body should form a straight line.

Push-Up (Optional)

Perform a push-up, then jump your feet back to the squat position.

Jump Up

Explosively jump up, reaching your arms overhead. Land softly and return to the starting position.
