Get your camera set up right
A few minutes of setup makes a real difference in how well the analyzer can track your movement.
Before you start
Place your phone or laptop 6–8 feet away
Keep your full body visible in frame
Use a side angle for most exercises
Make sure the room is well lit
Clear the area around you of obstacles
Technical requirements
A supported browser
The analyzer needs a browser with camera API support (getUserMedia). Recent versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox all work.
A secure connection
Camera access requires HTTPS (or localhost during development) — this is a browser security requirement, not something the app can bypass.
Camera permission granted
Your browser will prompt for camera access the first time. If it was previously blocked, you’ll need to re-allow it in your browser’s site settings.
If the analyzer shows a camera error, it will tell you which of these is the problem — check that message first.
