Virtual Fitness Coach is an AI-powered fitness platform that provides personalized workout plans, exercise form analysis via camera, and fitness coaching guidance. The Service is intended for general fitness and informational purposes only.

The content provided by Virtual Fitness Coach is for informational and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions or injuries. Use the Service at your own risk.

4. User Accounts

You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your information up to date.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

7. Camera & Video Data

The exercise analyzer feature uses your device camera to analyze movement. Video is processed locally on your device where possible. We do not store video recordings without your explicit consent. Still frames used for analysis are processed transiently and not retained after your session ends.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by METY Technology, Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, METY Technology, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to physical injury resulting from exercise recommendations.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
